Skill Level 3 aircraft, like this one, are suitable for more experienced RC pilots who already have the skills to assemble, set up, and fly similar class models. This PNP version requires more experience and skills to assemble and fly than the BNF Basic version because you will need to install a receiver that does not already include properly tuned AS3X+ and SAFE Select technologies. You should have the experience and skills necessary to assemble and successfully fly models like the E-flite T-28 Trojan 1.1m, Sportix 1.1m, Commander mPd 1.4m, or other similar class models before attempting to fly the Gee Bee R-2 1.0m PNP version.
The Plug-N-Play (PNP) version comes out of the box with a factory-installed power system and servos, ready to connect to a compatible receiver of your choice (sold separately), along with the transmitter and battery you provide (also sold separately). Simply install the receiver, finish any final assembly, and fly!
