F-Type Front Bumper Set Chrome

Overview

JConcepts has an assortment of bumper parts to fit specific body shells in the market. The late 70’s and early 80’s era wouldn’t be complete without specialty and custom bumper works for pick-up trucks. In the front, winches were so popular and having a build-out capable of holding a powerful winch and to add glamour was a huge part of the custom truck experience. The F-style front bumper set incorporates a plate steel look with chrome finish on an injection molded part.

The plastic bumper is designed to work with bodies such as the JConcepts, 1979 Ford F-250 (#0305 / #0329), 1985 Ford F-250 (#0417), and 1982 GMC (#0381). These body shells have a flat or bumper-less front-end and it allows an easy way to bolt-on the new piece to take detailing to another level. One of the elements of the design, a trimline is added on top of the bumper within the diamond plate surface which can be removed to outfit the chrome plated piece with a mock front winch setup. In addition, JConcepts added a front winch guard that installs with included hardware for a complete look.

Another bonus, the JConcepts front bumper accepts the RC4wd front winch (not included) for those who want the function to go with the look, fit, and finish of the bumper set. The set includes hardware to install to body of choice and to completely assemble with mock winch and guard in a complete fashion.
