Team Associated is a brand of Associated Electrics, a California-based company with over 50 years in the hobby industry. Associated Electrics began as a manufacturer of slot cars and slot car parts in 1965. Since then, they have become a top innovator of RC cars and RC trucks best known for their Team Associated RC cars which began in 1969. Team Associated RC cars have won world championships, making Team Associated the industry leader in race-level competition RC vehicles. Their team of designers and engineers are passionate about RC racing and it shows in the quality of their RC products.
Team Associated RC cars are champions by design. The RC10 series is the signature class of Team Associated RC vehicles. The Team Associated RC10 buggy series has won 13 IFMAR World Championships. Every model of the RC10 series builds on the successes of the model before and the evolution has been ongoing since 1984. In fact, the RC10 was the first RC vehicle to take home the gold in both the ROAR National and IFMAR World Championships.
