Are you ready to take to the skies? New RC pilots love HobbyZone RC airplanes because they are engineered specifically to be beginner-friendly RC planes with industry-leading safety technology to keep you in control as you learn to fly RC. You’ll find most HobbyZone RC planes available as RTF models, which stands for Ready-to-Fly. RTF RC airplanes typically come with everything you need to fly as soon as you charge the battery. Not all RTF model planes include the batteries needed for the transmitter and/or the RC aircraft, so read the descriptions carefully. You may also need a battery charger. Many HobbyZone RC planes do come with the batteries you need, but it doesn’t hurt to pick up a spare to keep the fun going that much longer while out at the field.
HobbyZone also has BNF RC airplanes available, which are Bind-n-Fly planes. These RC airplanes have all of the electronics you need to fly, minus the transmitter. So if you’ve been learning to fly RC planes and already have an RC transmitter, you can pick up a BNF plane to pair with the transmitter you already own. BNF RC airplanes typically do not come with a battery or charger, so you’ll want to check to see if what you already have will suit or if you need to pick up a battery or two when you order your BNF RC airplane.
For the best in beginner-friendly RC planes, check out HobbyZone RC airplanes with SAFE Technology (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) from Spektrum. This exclusive technology prevents over-controlling and can be set to different levels as your skills progress to help prevent crashes along the way.
