The 4PK comes with a 1700mAh NiMH transmitter pack that’s comparable in size to a NiCd, but with almost twice the capacity — enough for about TWO HOURS of operation on a single charge!
Features and functionality complement form in the 4PK, resulting in the premier racer’s radio. The design is not only contemporary, it’s also ergonomic — and the transmitter’s 1.5 pound weight (considerably lighter than similar systems) fights fatigue all the way to the end of grueling mains. The wheel and trigger can be repositioned for both comfort and better control. There’s a long list of programming pluses, along with super-sensitive 2048 resolution. But perhaps the biggest plus is that the 4PK was engineered from the beginning as a spread spectrum system. That means that there’s no module to worry about, a state-of-the-art receiver is included, and all of the incredible advantages of Futaba’s FASST technology are ready to be utilized.
The included R604FS receiver features Dual Antenna Diversity in a compact size (1.54 x 1.02 x 0.55 inches) and weight (0.49 ounces) for use in the tightest installations.
