HO ALCo RS3 Hammerhead Locomotive PRR 8445 Typhon Overview

Bowser introduces a classic Pennsylvania locomotive. The Alco RS-3 “Hammerhead” locomotice was built by Alco for the Pennsylvania Railroad in December 1953 and was delivered as PRR 8445. It was equipped with both dynamic brakes and a steam generator. The Bowser model is as built for the PRR, the chassis is the same as used in Bowser's recent release of Phase 3 locos.
