Bowser introduces more unique Alco RS-3 styles. Never before produced in HO scale plastic versions of the Alco RS-3. Like the "F" Unit the Alco RS3 was a mainstay on many railroad rosters. The RS3 variations and modifications over it's life time made each locomotive a singular specimen. Bowser has taken great strides to replicate each of these unique variations. This production run includes Canadian specific versions, as well as a few new Phase III Version
