The Evolution Of A Sensored Motor

The EzRun 3652/3665 SD G3 features an improved waterproof sensored cable interface and an upgraded sensored mode to achieve motor temperature protection and perfectly matches the EzRun MAX10 G2 ESC. The high-precision Hall sensor components ensures that the rotor position output is always accurate and consistent, achieving excellent linearity and a great throttle control.

All the materials used on the EZRUN 3652/3665 G3 motor (Motor casing, bearings, ultra-thin silicon steel sheets, high temperature-resistance copper wire, explosion-proof rotor, high-tolerance alloy shaft) are carefully selected and approved by our in-house engineers. Powerful Hardware Configuration

The EzRun 3652/3665 G3 motor adopts a high precision bearing that is waterproof in the front end of the motor. The rear end of the motor uses precision iron cover with a smaller structure to improve the capacity, and at the same time, provides a higher bearing speed while keeping resistance low. The operation is smoother and more reliable.

Compared to the G2 motor, the motor temperature is greatly reduced under the same load conditions. The overall efficiency is 3% more effective while the maximum output power has increased by 5%.

The IP-67 waterproof system guarantees excellent waterproofing and dustproofing protection. The whole power system is able to drive on a variety of surfaces including mud, sand, ice, snow and water without damaging the power unit.

The EzRun Max10 G2 features an improved waterproof sensored cable interface and an upgraded sensored mode to achieve a great sense of control feel and perfectly matches the EzRun 3652/3665 SD G3 motors.

Compared to the previous generation, the MAX10 G2 has a stronger explosive force and a more stable output power, and at the same time, it has excellent low-speed linearity.

Supports Turbo timing adjustment of up to 32 degrees, and in combination with the EzRun 3652/3665 G3, the maximum speed is 25% more with greater effect.

Effective Heat Dissipation

The addition of the patented frameless fan allows a large flow of air outlet on the side of the fan to blow the heat away from the integrated case.

The smart start-stop technology is introduced to the Max10 G2 ESC. The frameless fan will not be enabled to reduced noise and saving power. The fan will only work when the temperature rises to a certain level.

Large Capacitor Built-In

Compared with the previous generation of the MAX10 ESC, the total capacitance of the capacitor is increased by 74% and is overheating protected. The functions improve the power delivery from the battery to the ESC to avoid it from overloading and causing capacitors to explode.

Smart Freewheeling Technology

Smart freewheeling technology enables the MAX10 G2 to have higher drive efficiency than the previous generation, resulting in lower operating temperatures and a minimum temperature of approximately 25°C lower than the previous generation.

Data Logging

After connecting the ESC with the OTA Bluetooth module, you can view the data (throttle amount, voltage, current, temperature, speed and etc) in real time through the mobile app to know the running status; The history of the running status can also be viewed by data logging.
