For 15XX series sensored motors.

  • (1) Front Endbell with Ball Bearing
  • (3) Endbell Screws M3 x 5mm

Instructions

  • Remove front endbell screws using a 2.5mm hex key.
  • Pull damaged endbell away, keeping shaft and endbell concentric. Rotating endbell may help break it free.
  • Replace with the new endbell. The rotor will be magnetically attracted to the stator, so the endbell must force the rotor back to the center.
  • Apply removable threadlocker to threads of the new screws and torque until snug.
