Then they won it again three more times in a row. Then 50 years later, Ford returned to the famous race with a brand new Ford GT. This time the big V-8 was replaced with a 3.5 liter Twin-Turbo EcoBoost V-6 with intercoolers. It won the very competitive GTE-Pro class and celebrated a triumphant return.
