Overview

This Hobbywing XeRun XR8 PLUS ESC is ideal for 1/8 scale on-road buggy and truggy racing. Built-in switch mode BEC with a maximum output of 15A and voltage adjustable from 6V to 7.4V for use with servos & other devices require different voltages. Turbo Timing technology unleashes the maximum power of a HOBBYWING matching sensored motor. Advanced programming and firmware upgrades are easy with the LCD Program Box or WiFi module (LCD Program Box and WiFi module sold separately). Proportional brake with 9 levels of Maximum Brake Force and adjustable Drag Brake Force range from 0 to 100%. 9 levels of acceleration/punch from “soft” to “aggressive” for different vehicles, tires and tracks. Innovative “COAST” function allows vehicle to coast like a real car after the throttle trigger is released. Safety is not forgotten either with motor lock-up, low-voltage cutoff, thermal, overload, and fail safe (throttle signal loss protection). Additionally, Innovative Capacitor Protection protects capacitors from exploding and causing irreversible damage to the ESC because of overload. The 4274 SD G3 2250Kv sensored motor offer 20-40 degrees of adjustable timing, HOBBYWING patented 4-pole-8-magnet "Staggered Pole" rotor design, and advanced Hall Sensor System. Also double insulated windings (464°F, 240°C R-rated), NMB bearings from Japan, and high intensity adhesive guarantees outstanding performance and super durability.
