Rules
Offer available only to
residents of the U.S.A. and Canada, and is good only on new items
purchased from June 1, 2010 through August 31, 2010. Items are
subject to availability. Offer good only for as long as supplies
last. Rebate forms are available online. Rebate
request must be submitted by midnight September 30, 2010 and
requires that: 1) rebate request form; 2) cash register receipt or
invoice; and 3) proof-of-purchase from the packaging be submitted to
the manufacturer. This is a manufacturer rebate, and is not
available direct from the retailer. This offer is available only to
individuals and cannot be combined with any other offer. Rebate
requests from retailers, groups or organizations will not be
honored. Duplicate rebate submissions or submissions containing
combined offers will be discarded. Merchandise certificates good
only at original place of purchase, and only for products from these
companies: AquaCraft™ Model, Carl Goldberg Models™, Constructo®,
Coverite™, DuraTrax®, Dynaflite™, ElectriFly™, FlightPower™,
FlyZone™, Fuji-Imvac™, Futaba®, Great Planes®, Hasegawa®, Heli-Max™,
Hobbico®, Mind Crafts™, MuchMore Racing™, Model Maker™, O'Donnell™
Racing, O.S.® Engines, SuperTigre®, Tactic™, Team Checkpoint®, Top
Flite®, VS Tank® or X-Cell® Furion™. Limit one rebate per item
purchased and per household. Attempts to obtain a rebate in
violation of official rules is fraudulent and a violation of postal
and other laws. Violators will be prosecuted. Offer void where
restricted by law. Allow four to six weeks for
processing.
