No road? No problem for the
TXT-1 electric monster truck from Tamiya…it goes wherever it wants! A lightweight
aluminum ladder frame combines with coil-over oil shocks and a cantilever system
on the solid axle, multi-link suspension to take the jolt out of off-road adventures.
Power comes from dual 540-size motors. The sealed center gear drive train with
bevel gear diff transmits that torque to the large V-lug pattern truck tires with
chrome wheels. Full ball bearings and a 3-step, forward/reverse speed control
add value to the TXT-1, which is topped off with a durable polycarbonate truck
body that’s pre-cut and painted. A second servo saver is included for upgrading
your ride to 4-wheel steering. Requires a 2-3 channel radio and 7.2V NiCd battery.
