The ElectriStar was designed from the ground up around its included C-42 out-runner brushless motor. That motor delivers the same performance as a .40 glow engine — and in the ElectriStar's strong, lightweight, MonoKote film-covered balsa/ply structure, it supplies plenty of muscle for successfully learning to fly. The included radio — a Futaba 4EXA 4-channel — makes your training days more valuable by teaching you computer control skills. Even better, you'll still be using this radio to fly your second or third models!

Final assembly of the ElectriStar couldn't be easier. The two wing panels slide onto a strong aluminum joiner tube and attach to the fuselage with rubber bands. The tail easily bolts on, and a hatch on the bottom of the fuselage offers easy access for battery pack installation and removal. Making the model flight-ready takes barely an hour...but the skills you learn with it will last a lifetime.
