Made for DuraTrax by Futaba, the Evader's 2-channel pistol radio is a great way to get going and growing in R/C. A BEC receiver eliminates on-board batteries; the transmitter runs on 8 "AA" cells — which are included! Other features: Variable steering rate, servo reversing, an LED battery status light, steering and throttle trims, an SX-100 servo, removable antenna — and a recharging jack for use with (optional) NiCds.

BALL DIFFERENTIAL

Operates more smoothly than gear diffs, and provides protection for the drive train. Tighten it up for "clean" tracks, add "slip" when the going gets rough!

The Evader ST RTR is a dual-concept vehicle: a truck designed to meet two different design goals. The first goal: Design a 2WD stadium truck that would help a new driver get rolling in minimum time. The second goal: Build a 2WD stadium truck that would offer the driver a choice of features. A truck that could survive the sheer exhilaration of catching air off jumps and flat-out speed runs, and provide the potential to move on to the next stage of R/C: racing. The body is already decorated in one of six multi-color custom trim schemes — one to match each of the six available frequencies. Adjustments are factory-set...and everything except a 6- or 7-cell battery and charger is already included. The motor, an electronic speed control — even the BEC receiver and SX-100 servo are already installed. The eight "AA" cells for the radio are there in the box and so is a FREE video that makes the last few assembly steps fly by.
