Placing Secure Online Orders
Tower Hobbies offers secure online ordering which allows you to instantly send your order to us for processing. If you have a compatible web browser , you may use our shopping cart interface ordering system. The best way to start your order is to use our super-easy product search engine or by clicking on any of the category links which appear on our product/price listings page. This will allow you to browse our product selection and choose items simply by clicking the yellow "Buy Now" graphics. If you are unable to find an item on our web site that you saw in one of our ads, simply enter the stock number of the item in the search box above and click "Go".

This e-mail address is for the exclusive use of customers placing orders or who have inquiries about recently placed orders.
In your e-mail order message, please indicate the quantity, stock number and a brief description of each item you wish to order, your Tower customer number (if known) your shipping AND mailing address (if different) and payment information--Discover, Visa or MasterCard. If paying by credit card please include the card number, expiration date, bank name if known, your billing address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached. Please also read about security concerns. If your browser supports the feature, we prefer that you use our secure shopping cart interface ordering system.
If possible, please also give us the "ad number" from the advertisement that you are ordering from. If for some reason you send us your order twice, please indicate this by including the phrase "DO NOT DUPLICATE" somewhere on your order. Please note that this address is for orders only. Technical product support is not available via e-mail.
E-mail orders are usually confirmed within 24 hours.

If you have placed an order with Tower Hobbies recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed. Please see our How to Get Information About a Recently Placed Order page for more information.
Checking on the Status of Your Orders
Payment Methods
- Credit Cards: We accept Discover, Visa or MasterCard. There is no surcharge added for credit card orders. We reserve the right to verify credit card orders for your protection. For fastest processing, please always include a daytime phone number.
- PayPal®: You may also pay for your U.S. online orders with PayPal. Such payments can be securely tied to either your credit card or checking account. This method is available online only. Ordering with your PayPal account is easy and only takes a few seconds to complete your order. We reserve the right to ship orders to PayPal-confirmed addresses. PayPal is available only for orders shipping in the United States.
- Bill Me Later®: With Bill Me Later® you can purchase from the Tower Hobbies web site without using your credit card. If you use this payment option, Bill Me Later® will send you a statement in the mail after your order has shipped. You will have 25 days to make a payment. You can pay the entire balance with no additional charges or you can pay a portion of the balance and regular interest charges will apply. Bill Me Later® is offered through CIT Bank and is only available to U.S. customers who are at least 18 years of age. Subject to credit approval. See the Terms and Conditions.
- Prepayment: You may prepay your order with a personal or business check or US Postal Money Order (U.S. funds only).
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Basic Charge: We charge a flat, $8.99 or $3.99 (if the order exclusively contains Parts Express items) shipping charge for all orders (waived for all orders over $150.00 placed by members of The Tower Hobbies #1 Super Saver Club). Unless specified differently, we will ship your order via surface which reaches most areas of the U.S. within three to ten days.
- Parts Express Orders: If your order exclusively contains Parts Express items, we charge a flat, $3.99 shipping charge.
- Two-Day Air Delivery: For an additional $10.00 we'll get your order to you in two business days.
- One-Day Air Delivery: For an additional $20.00 we'll get your order to you in one business day.
Please note that some very large products (generally giant-scale ARFs) may incur additional surcharges. Some size and item restrictions also apply to Air shipments. Hazardous and flammable items cannot be shipped via air. Air packages over 10 pounds will be charged extra. Two-Day and One- Day Air delivery available only in the U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add $10.00 additional for Air shipments. We must receive your order before noon Monday-Thursday or by 11am on Friday.
International Orders
Canada: Tower Hobbies ships to all addresses in Canada. Add an additional $15.00 for Priority Mail shipping to Canada ($23.99 total). Note that some products are restricted and cannot be shipped via USPS to Canada. This will be noted during checkout or in the International Shipping Calculator found in the shopping cart. Many of the physical size restricted items may be sent via UPS Worldwide Saver sm.
Local taxes and customs duties usually apply and are added once your shipment reaches its destination. Please see your local authorities for more information. Tower Hobbies does not know when additional charges such as additional brokerage fees will apply. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Refused or returned shipments in which Tower Hobbies incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit. Please do not request that we falsify your invoices or suppress tariff codes or country-of-origin information.
International destinations other than Canada: Tower Hobbies can ship orders just about anywhere in the world (for a list of countries we do not serve, click here). Please note that the best way to order is to use your credit card for payment.
Our international shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the package(s). To determine the cost of shipping to an International destination simply place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and click on the "International Shipping Calculator" link displayed toward the top of the page. You will then be prompted to enter a country and the shipping charges for Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Saver will be displayed for the current order in your shopping cart. If restricted items are in your shopping cart some methods of shipment may not be available. Remove the restricted items prior to calculating the shipping.
